Contact: Bradley Slagh

State Rep. Bradley Slagh of Zeeland will host a town hall meeting with other legislators on Wednesday, Oct. 30 to discuss water levels and beach erosion issues along the lakeshore.

“The loss of property due to high lake levels and recent storms is certainly concerning,” Rep. Slagh said. “I have heard from individuals impacted by these issues and believe it is important they know what their options are to preserve their home and property from the impacts of mother nature.”

Joining the legislators to provide information and answer questions from concerned citizens will be staff from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy.

The town hall will take place at the Holland City Council Chambers, 270 S. River Ave. in Holland. The event will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. with time for questions from those in attendance.

If you would like more information, please contact Rep. Slagh’s office at 517-373-0830 or [email protected].
