Rep. Lightner to host tele-town hall on auto insurance reform

State Rep. Sarah Lightner of Springport will host a tele-town hall meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 17 to discuss the upcoming changes in Michigan’s car insurance system. Lightner will be joined by Rep. Jason Wentworth, who serves as chairman of the House Select Committee on Reducing Car Insurance Rates.

“Much needed auto insurance reform is just a few months away from implementation.” Rep. Lightner said. “Rep. Wentworth has been a leading voice in delivering this historic reform. I’m thankful for the opportunity to discuss these changes with my constituents, and I look forward to answering any questions you may have.”

The tele-town hall will begin at 7:00 p.m. Those wishing to participate the day of may dial (855) 756-7520 Ext. 53522# toll-free.
