State Rep. Bronna Kahle of Adrian welcomed Rev. Dave McCarty to the state Capitol to lead Wednesday’s invocation for the Michigan House of Representatives. McCarty serves as pastor of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Britton. Joining them at the rostrum is Speaker of the House Lee Chatfield.
