Rep. Yaroch talks about his new legislation that would require an individual setting off fireworks to be at least 200 feet from a building they do not own.  The plan also gives local communities the option to regulate the use of sky lanterns.  Prior to serving in the House, Rep. Yaroch worked as a firefighter for 25 years.
