Rep. LaFave talks about testifying before the House Health Policy Committee Thursday on his legislation that would update the familiar blue-and-white disabled parking space sign to feature a more dynamic image. Rep. LaFave says the signs would be changed when they come due for regular replacement and would not cost tax payers additional money. The legislation remains pending in committee.
