West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Guillermo Cisneros joined Rep. Lynn Afendoulis in Lansing for Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s State of the State Address. Afendoulis represents parts of Kent County, which includes the City of East Grand Rapids and the townships of Cannon, Courtland, Grand Rapids, Nelson, Oakfield, Plainfield, and Spencer.
