Talking with reporters on the floor of the Michigan House following session Thursday afternoon, Speaker Chatfield says he wants to make sure money appropriated by the legislature will not be shifted around by the Governor again through the State Administrative Board, but adds meetings between the Governor and legislative leaders on policy issues have focused on finding common ground.
