State Rep. Mary Whiteford will meet with Allegan County residents during an upcoming office hour stop next month.
“Hearing and understanding your concerns is important to me,” Rep. Whiteford said. “I hope you’ll join me next month and share what’s on your mind!”
Rep. Whiteford will be available Monday, Nov. 11 at the following time and location:
- 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Plainwell City Hall, 211 N. Main St. in Plainwell.

State Rep. Mary Whiteford voted Wednesday in support of a plan to expand broadband access across Michigan’s rural areas. The change comes in tandem with the Legislature’s passage of its state budget proposal, which includes $14.3 million for rural broadband infrastructure.
Rep. Mary Whiteford today said that while federal funding has helped balance the state budget, a safely and fully reopened Michigan economy is needed to protect essential services in the months ahead.
Whiteford spoke about federal and state legislative efforts to address human trafficking in law. She has personally spearheaded sweeping legislation to protect Michigan human trafficking survivors and help regain normalcy in their lives.
