State Rep. Michael Webber of Rochester Hills hosted Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Mike Johnson on Wednesday for the Sept. 11 Memorial Service at the State Capitol. The observance memorializes Michigan first responders and military members who died in the line of duty during the past year.

Capt. Michael Johnson is the Commander of the Sheriff’s Office Rochester Hills Substation and previously was the Commander for the Brandon Township Substation.
