State Representative Greg VanWoerkom (R–Norton Shores) today announced that he is holding a photo contest to help decorate the 91st district legislative office in Lansing. Of the entries submitted, ten winning photos will be selected which will be displayed in the office. The contest ends March 15.

“As I continue to work in Lansing representing the citizens of Muskegon County, I hope they will help me show visitors some of the things that make our community such a special place to live,” VanWoerkom said. “There’s no better way to decorate the office than by showing off our district.”

Both residents of the district and VanWoerkom and his staff will pick the 10 photos to be on display. Seven of the winning photo submissions will be voted on and chosen by residents through Facebook, and the remaining three will be chosen by VanWoerkom and his office staff.

All participants must live in the 91st district and are limited to three photo entries. All photos must be taken within the district and include a caption identifying where the photo was taken. Photos submitted must have been taken by the person who is entering the contest.
