Shelby Township Police Captain joins Rep. Wozniak for Capitol 9/11 memorial

State Rep. Doug Wozniak today welcomed Shelby Township Police Captain Patrick Bernard to the state Capitol for a special ceremony. The annual ceremony marks the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, honors first responders and military members, and remembers those in Michigan who have died in the line of duty.
