Rep. Beson says small businesses have all through March to apply for a grant from $409 million in funding approved by the Legislature to help Michigan firms that continued to pay taxes despite being closed during the pandemic. More information on who qualifies is available at www.michigan.gov/abr. The plan is patterned after an afflicted business relief program Rep. Beson previously introduced in his House Bill 4047, but the funding was vetoed from his original bill.
