Rep. Thomas Albert, R-Lowell; audio on continuing work on 2023 state budget

House Appropriations Committee Chairman Rep. Thomas Albert says work is continuing on the state’s budget for the 2023 Fiscal Year that begins October 1. Rep Albert notes the $74 billion spending plan reflects a healthy state balance sheet, but adds that he remembers that the state is spending taxpayer dollars.
