Rep. Lightner honors Springport football team at state Capitol

Rep. Sarah Lightner recently welcomed the Springport varsity football team to the state Capitol, where she presented them with a tribute while the House was in session. The team, represented on the House floor by Lightner’s son Gavin and coach Ben Pack, went 11-1 and won the district championship, earning Springport High School its first-ever district title.
