State Rep. Tom Kunse today shared updated information ahead of tonight’s 4th Annual Legislative Softball Game benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Lansing.
The bipartisan event will take place tonight at Secchia Stadium on the campus of Michigan State University. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m.
The event is open to the public and there is no admission fee. Donations to the Boys & Girls Club of Lansing are encouraged and can be made during the event.
Attendees are asked to keep the following information in mind before arriving:
- No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the stadium.
- Concessions will be available for purchase during the game.
- Parking is free, in Lot 67. All attendees must complete the vehicle registration form in advance.
Community members, families, and supporters are encouraged to attend and cheer on their elected officials while supporting a meaningful cause.
“It’s not every day you get to see lawmakers from both sides of the aisle come together on the softball field for such a meaningful cause,” Kunse said. “We’re looking forward to a great turnout tonight and appreciate everyone who helps support the Boys & Girls Club of Lansing and the positive impact it has on local kids and families.”
