Phil Green, of Millington, is joined by his guest, Vassar Police Chief Ben Guile, in front of the Capitol Building today for the annual Michigan House of Representatives 9-11 Memorial Ceremony. Legislators invited first responders and members of the military from their communities to be their guests for the service. The ceremony included the ringing of a fire bell for those who died in the line of duty in the past year throughout Michigan.
