RELEASE|February 27, 2025
Contact: Steve Frisbie

State Rep. Steve Frisbie (R-Pennfield) announced today that he will be embarking on a listening tour throughout the greater Battle Creek area to hear from local residents about their thoughts and concerns regarding state government.

The listening tour will include townhall meetings and community office hours. Townhall meetings are an opportunity for residents to receive a legislative update from the representative and ask follow-up questions or offer ideas in a large group setting, while office hours allow constituents to meet with him in a smaller setting. No appointments or reservations are necessary to attend either format.

The tour will take place on Fridays throughout March at the following times and locations:

  • Washington Heights Community Voices Townhall: Friday, March 7 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Second Missionary Baptist Church located at 485 N. Washington Ave. in Battle Creek

Rep. Frisbie knows that every corner of his district is unique. That’s why he invites Washington Heights residents to come share about the challenges facing their neighborhood and the ideas they have to address them.
  • Protecting Prosperity Townhall: Friday, March 14 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Base Bar and Grill located at 3905 W. Dickman Rd. in Springfield

Rep. Frisbie will be joined by Americans for Prosperity to discuss improving Michigan’s policy landscape in ways that unleash freedom and opportunity for all.
  • Local office hours: Friday, March 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. at One Nation Tap and Table located at 544 W. Columbia Ave. in Battle Creek

Those unable to attend Rep. Frisbie’s local events may share their thoughts by contacting his Lansing office at (517) 373- 2616 or [email protected]. Mail can be addressed to his office at N-893 House Office Building P.O. Box 30014 Lansing, MI 48909.
