RELEASE|May 12, 2023
State Rep. Graham Filler (R-Clinton County) this week toured the DTE Energy Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant in Monroe with Rep. Jamie Thompson (R-Brownstown). Fermi 2 is one of the most important energy-generating plants in Michigan, providing clean energy for over one million homes and businesses. “Michigan is a Top 10 state for nuclear energy generation,” Filler said. “If we want to keep lights on and energy prices affordable, investing in nuclear energy is the smart move for Michigan.”
