Contact: Bradley Slagh
Rep. Slagh talks about his HB 4733, which allows incorporated cities and villages to set speed limits below the eighty-fifth percentile if a local hazard creates a situation not noted in a road speed study. The legislation is up for discussion Thursday in the House Transportation Committee. Rep. Slagh says a key to the bill is providing more flexibility.
