State Rep. Ken Borton today encouraged Northern Michigan residents to join him on Monday, June 14 for legislative office hours.
Borton will host three office hours at the following times and locations:
- 10-11 a.m., at the Elkhorn Grill, 8294 Mill St. in Vanderbilt;
- 12-1 p.m., at the Iron Goat Coffee, 101 Main St. in East Jordan; and
- 2-3 p.m., Friske’s Farm Market, 10743 US-31 North in Ellsworth.
No appointment is necessary to attend office hours. Borton will discuss his legislative work in the state Capitol, and he looks forward to hearing from the community about how he can best serve and represent the people.
Borton represents the 105th House District, which includes the counties of Antrim, Charlevoix, Montmorency, Oscoda and Otsego.

In a bipartisan House vote to approve the Unlock Michigan petition, state Rep. Ken Borton supported the repeal of an unconstitutional law used by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to impose onerous restrictions on the people of Michigan during the COVID-19 pandemic.
