Rep. LaFave talks about the signing of legislation by the Governor Thursday that will retain the 95-A District Court judgeship in Menominee County, a move that in turn will retain the current level of access to the court systems in Iron and Dickinson Counties. In the absence of the new law, the 95-A judgeship would have been eliminated at the end of the month.
