Rep. Bollin testifies before the Joint Select Committee on the COVID-19 Pandemic Wednesday about a no-bid contract awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services to a partisan political software vendor. Rep. Bollin asked the Auditor General’s office to report on the situation, and says the findings completed by the Auditor General suggest the DHHS was not utilizing established best practices, but practices described as being atypical in state government.
