“It was a pleasure to have Mr. Wright join me for today’s memorial ceremony,” Outman said. “It’s a fitting time for this ceremony as we continue to remember and honor the heroes who responded to the tragic attacks on America 23 years ago today, as well as the many veterans who served in the years that followed. We can never do enough to thank our veterans and public safety officers.”

State Rep. Pat Outman is encouraging Montcalm and Ionia County farmers affected by crop damage from deer to request special permits from the state Department of Natural Resources so they may hunt the deer off their fields outside of the regular hunting season.
