“I’m as bothered by the condition of our roads as anyone else,” Frisbie said. “But I’m also not a fan of paying more taxes when the government isn’t being a great steward of the dollars we’re already being taxed. I know exactly how working families in my communities feel and this plan keeps them in mind.”
