LANSING, MI – State Representative Angela Rigas (R-Alto) has been appointed to the newly formed Select Committee on Protecting Michigan Employees and Small Businesses. This committee is tasked with addressing critical issues surrounding Michigan’s tip credit and paid sick time policies, which have sparked significant debate among employees and small business owners across the state.

The select committee aims to address these concerns while considering potential revisions to paid sick time requirements.
