State Rep. Michael Webber of Rochester Hills hosted family members, former staff and other close colleagues of the late L. Brooks Patterson at the state Capitol Thursday for a special tribute presentation. Before recently passing away, Patterson served Oakland County for 11 terms, four as county prosecutor and seven terms as county executive.
