Public Service

Nancy’s public service journey began when she first served as the district representative for State Sen. Cameron Brown. During those eight years, she gained a better understanding about the people and the needs of Lenawee County.

Most recently, Nancy served three terms as a Lenawee County Commissioner from 2018-2024. This role allowed her to demonstrate her effectiveness in representing and addressing the needs of local residents.

She also served as director of development for Hudson Area Schools District, where she created the Alumni and Development Department, securing funding for the district’s Southern Michigan Center for Science and Industry Center and coordinating relations with alumni.
