State Rep. Gary Howell of North Branch recently welcomed Austin Roth to the Capitol as his guest on the House floor. Austin, a senior at Lapeer High School, joined Rep. Howell for the House Committee on Natural Resources. Austin plans on attending Saginaw Valley State University to study secondary education and political science.
