McDonald’s, 25900 Crocker Blvd., in Harrison Township from 8 to 9 a.m.
Biggby Coffee, 18309 Hall Road in MacombTownship from 6 to 7 p.m.
State Rep. Anthony Forlini was first elected in November 2010 to the Michigan House and represents residents in Harrison Township and portions of Clinton and Macomb townships.
Forlini has served as board member of the Macomb Chamber of Commerce, and was a senior vice president of the Italian American Cultural Center.
Forlini attended St. Germaine Elementary School in St. Clair Shores before graduating from Fraser High School. He then attended Western Michigan University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1984.
Forlini previously served as Harrison Township Supervisor from 2004 to 2010. He is a Certified Financial Planner and has been a local business owner for nearly 30 years. He is currently president of Design Financial, a financial services firm.
Forlini was raised in St. Clair Shores. He and his wife have been married for 25 years, and have three children in college. Forlini and his family attend St. Hubert’s Catholic Church in Harrison Township, where he is a member of the St. Hubert’s Knights of Columbus. He also served as Co-Chair of the youth group at St. Hubert’s..Forlini also belongs to the Macomb Chamber of Commerce and the Italian American Cultural Center. He served as Charter President of the Southeast Michigan Chapter of Western Michigan Alumni Association, and was a board member of the St. John North Shores Hospital Foundation. Forlini is an avid cyclist and has sponsored bike tours across Michigan and in various locations around the world. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports.
Forlini serves on the House Appropriations Committee. He is chair of the House Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Appropriations Subcommittee. He also will serve as vice chair for the Department of Environmental Quality Appropriations Subcommittee, and as a member of the Joint Capital Outlay, Community Colleges and General Government appropriations subcommittees.
