Rep. Wakeman invites residents to enjoy local festivals

Today, state Rep. Rodney Wakeman of Saginaw Township announced his 2019 Festival Guide is now available for residents of the 94th District. The publication is a thorough and convenient reference of local and statewide festivals, farmers markets, and county fairs.

“Saginaw County is known across the state for our tremendous community spirit,” Rep. Wakeman said. “With such a wide variety of interesting events, there is something for everyone to enjoy. I hope you will find time for some of these great opportunities and feel more connected with our community.”

With over 100 events, Rep. Wakeman’s 2019 Festival Guide is a great resource. Residents can find a copy at one of the following local libraries:

  • Fleschner Memorial Library, 11935 Silvercreek Drive in Birch Run;
  • Frankenmuth James E. Wickson District Library, 359 S. Franklin St. in Frankenmuth;
  • Zauel Memorial Library, 3100 N. Center Road in Saginaw;
  • St. Charles Public Library, 132 S. Saginaw St. in St. Charles;
  • Taymouth Township Library, 2361 E. Burt Road in Burt; and
  • Thomas Township Library, 8207 Shields Drive in Saginaw.
