State Rep. Hank Vaupel of Fowlerville recently received the Michigan Pharmacists Association’s Legislator of the Year award for 2019. Vaupel was also presented the Executive Board Medal, which is annually given to an individual who has demonstrated an extraordinary personal commitment to the organization.

“It’s been an honor working with the MPA as chairman of the House Health Policy Committee,” Rep Vaupel said. “They do a wonderful job representing Michigan pharmacists across the state. The association has contributed much insight on legislation brought up in the Health Policy Committee. I’d like to thank them for their hard work and these special recognitions.”
