Rep. Allor talks about House passage Wednesday of a $23.2 million appropriation that will provide testing, monitoring and technical assistance at more than a dozen sites across Michigan where per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) have been found in groundwater, including the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base in Oscoda and the Combat Readiness Training Center in Alpena.
