Contact: Bradley Slagh

State Rep. Bradley Slagh of Zeeland will co-host a town hall meeting with Rep. Mary Whiteford of Casco Township on Monday, August 19 to provide an update on the recently passed auto insurance reform legislation and hold a larger discussion on road funding.

“I’ve been working hard to provide value to our community, while helping to enact meaningful reforms that will make a positive impact in the lives of those I represent,” Rep. Slagh said. “I hope you’ll join us in Holland to hear more about the recently passed auto insurance reforms as well as a discussion about how to fix our roads.”

Also joining will be special guest Rep. Jack O’Malley who chairs the House Transportation Committee. Chair O’Malley has been traveling to different parts of the state to share the findings of his committee as well as discuss some of the ideas House Republicans plan to propose.

Doors will open at 5 p.m., with the town hall taking place from 5:30-7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Holland City Hall, 270 S. River Ave. in Holland. There will be a time for questions and comments from those in attendance.

If you would like more information, or to RSVP, please contact Rep. Slagh’s office at 517-373-0830 or [email protected].
