Rep. Poleski welcomes local lieutenant to Capitol for 9-11 ceremony

First Lt. Kyle Bowman (left), post commander of Jackson Michigan State Police joins state Rep. Earl Poleski (right) in the Capitol rotunda as his guest during the annual House of Representatives 9-11 Memorial Ceremony. House members invited first responders and members of the military from their communities to be their guests for the service. The ceremony included the ringing of a fire bell for those who died in the line of duty since Sept. 11, 2015 throughout Michigan. “I’m incredibly thankful for the first responders in our community,” said Rep. Poleski, R-Jackson. “Lt. Bowman and his department deserve to be recognized for their selfless service.”
