Rep. Lower invites residents to chronic wasting disease townhall

State Rep. Jim Lower of Cedar Lake is inviting residents of Montcalm County to a townhall event on chronic wasting disease on Wednesday, Oct. 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Montcalm County Fairgrounds, 8784 Peck Road in Greenville at the Ash Foundation Building.

“The discovery of chronic wasting disease in our area is an important issue and we need to know more about its impact, “Lower said. “We have received dozens of inquiries regarding this matter and it’s a great opportunity for people to have their concerns and questions answered.” 
