Rep. Lilly posts perfect voting record for first term

State Rep. Jim Lilly, R-Park Township, finished his first term in the state House with a perfect voting record, taking part in all 1,554 votes during the 2017-2018 session.

“It is a tremendous honor to be my community’s voice at the state Capitol,” Rep. Lilly said. “I take my responsibility to show up and vote in the best interests of my area very seriously. I’m proud to say my voting record reflects that commitment.”

Recognized for his leadership, Rep. Lilly was also recently elected by his peers to serve as associate speaker pro tempore for the 2019-20 legislative session of the Michigan House of Representatives.

Rep. Lilly is entering his second term representing the 89th District, which includes the townships of Grand Haven, Olive, Park, Port Sheldon, Robinson, Blendon, Crockery and Spring Lake, and the cities of Ferrysburg and Grand Haven.
