Rep. Kelly opens Lansing office, announces contact info

State Rep. Tim Kelly has officially opened his Lansing office to help serve the people of the 94th House District and announced key contact information for people to easily reach him.

“I want to thank area residents for giving me the tremendous honor of representing them at the Capitol,” said Kelly, R-Saginaw Township.  “Residents of the 94th House District should feel free to contact me about any issue or concern.  I look forward to providing assistance.”

Rep. Kelly also announced he has hired Nancy Bareham and Kyle Harris as his legislative aides.  Bareham, of DeWitt, most recently served as the legislative director for former state Rep. Paul Opsommer.  Harris lives in Saginaw County and is studying public administration and economics at Saginaw Valley State University.

Kelly said he is eager to begin the 2013-14 legislative session.

“The Legislature must continue to improve and streamline government so Michigan’s job providers can thrive and create jobs.” Kelly said.  “Along with helping residents with their issues and concerns, I’d also like to hear from them about what direction they want the Legislature to take.”

Kelly also plans local office hours to give area residents a convenient opportunity to speak directly with him.           

The 94th House District includes the city of Frankenmuth and townships of Blumfield, Frankenmuth, Albee, Taymouth, Birch Run, St. Charles, Swan Creek, Thomas, Saginaw and Tittabawassee.
