State Rep. Steve Johnson has introduced House Resolution 13, which calls on Congress to repeal the federal Affordable Care Act.
“The Affordable Care Act has been an unprecedented violation of personal liberty and a burden on state governments, health insurance providers, employers and individuals,” said Johnson, R-Wayland. “It created unfunded mandates and has damaged relationships between physicians and their patients. With new federal leadership in place, it is time for the Affordable Care Act to be repealed.”
House Resolution 13 has been referred to the Health Policy Committee for further consideration.
