Rep. Dr. John Bizon, M.D., R-Battle Creek; audio on disabled veterans license plates

Rep. Bizon talks about committee passage Tuesday of his HB 4830, which would allow honorably discharged veterans to have a state park passport fee waived if proof of their 100-percent disabled status is provided to the Secretary of State.  Disabled vets can currently access state parks for free with a disabled veteran plate, but Rep. Bizon says some veterans prefer a plate honoring their branch of the service or some other cause.  The measure now moves to the full House.
