Rep. Rendon talks about her testimony in front of the House Government Operations Committee Tuesday morning on bi-partisan legislation that would open both the Michigan Legislature and the Office of the Governor to open records laws. The Committee will continue to hear testimony. Michigan is one of two states that has exemptions for its Legislature and Governor, and Rep. Rendon says there’s growing support for reform in both parties.
