Rep. Calley announces Capitol office now open to serve

State Rep. Julie Calley announced that her Lansing office opened this week and is now ready to serve the residents of Barry and Ionia counties.

“We are honored to have the opportunity to address constituent issues and inquiries.  We look forward to feedback as we continue to move Michigan forward,” said Calley, R-Portland.

Calley also announced the hire of her two staff members, Meghan Koorndyk as legislative director and Patricia Garber as constituent relations aide.

Koorndyk brings with her four years of legislative experience having served most recently as executive assistant to former Speaker Kevin Cotter.

Garber, a Hastings native, previously served as a legislative aide for former Rep. Jeff Farrington.

“Meghan and Patricia are outstanding in the field of public service,” said Rep. Calley.  “I am truly excited to have them on my team as we serve our community members.”
