Rep. Iden talks about passage Tuesday by the House Regulatory Reform Committee of his HB 4916, that will provide a structural framework for regulating legalized gaming in Michigan, saying the issue is one of consumer protection. Rep. Iden says he continues to work with the administration on a rate at which gaming revenue would be taxed. The plan will now be reviewed in
Rep. Iden’s Ways and Means Committee.
