Rep. Griffin talks about final House passage Wednesday of her two bills in a six-bill package designed to prevent opioid abuse by younger Michigan residents.  Representative Griffin’s bills require the Michigan Department of Education to develop an age-appropriate model program of instruction on prescription drug abuse  while directing the Prescription Drug and Opioid Abuse Commission to develop recommendations for a student curricula.
