Rep. Glenn talks about her testimony in the House Families, Children and Seniors Committee this week on her HB 5153, which adds the phrase “threatened harm” to the definition of “neglect” in the Child Abuse and Neglect Act. Rep. Glenn says adding the language will give courts better tools in child abuse cases. The measure remains in committee pending a vote.
