State Rep. Mike Callton today congratulated Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch on receiving a state business development grant award due to their plans to expand egg production and processing facilities. Herbruck’s total investment in their business will be up to $17.2 million and will likely create up to 55 new jobs. The grant has been awarded in the amount of $500,000 from the Michigan Strategic Fund.
“It’s great having this Michigan success story here in Ionia County,” said Callton, R-Nashville. “As Herbruck’s heads toward their 30th year of business, they are creating more and more jobs and demonstrating their investment in this community. I commend them on their expansion and look forward to their continued success.”
