Rep. Nesbitt talks about his legislation that would allow Michigan motorists to display their auto insurance certificate on a smart phone while giving law enforcement more timely information about whether a motorist is insured.  Rep. Nesbitt says the plan will save money and limit hassles for Michigan drivers.

Rep. Franz talks about his legislation that would expand the situations that could be covered by the state’s Military Families Relief Fund by including scenarios prior to the deployment of a person in military service.  Rep.
